6pm  - Rehearsal Room

7:30pm - Mini Hall (downstairs)

9:15am - The School Room

6:30pm - Main Hall

Group classes: 1 hour

£7 - single class

£36 - 6 class pass (dates must be pre-booked, subject to availability)

Stretchy, comfortable clothing required. Bare feet or socks. Bring a small towel for head support if necessary. Mats can be provided or you are welcome to bring your own.  

Please feel free to call on the day to check for cancellations or single sessions, subject to availability. 


Cancellation Policy

As places are limited, advance notice is required if you are unable to attend. Please call or text with at least 24 hours notice if you do not want to lose your payment.
