Why Pilates?

  • Use it or lose it.
  • Over time our natural ranges of movement can reduce. Pilates reminds your body how to move in all directions and to its fullest range.
  • Pilates exercises give you a full body workout.
  • You will improve your core strength and  flexibility.
  • Become more aware of movement and improve your posture and balance
  • Make your body a better version of itself
  • Relieve stress and tension
  • Develop concentration
  • Enhance your mood and feel taller
  • Develop strength and stability in day to day movements

"Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness" - "If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old, if it is completely flexible at 60, you are young" - Joseph Pilates
